I think I was trying to coerse someone into buying more comics. ... Oh, I also did appreciate that our neighbor booth checked out some of my own work, and that I was getting some honest, gut level reactions from them. :) That's what I think is the most important reaction I can get from people... I can tell when someone really enjoyed my work versus someone politely laughing when they're really thinking "this is shit".
